MAC Hotel Blocks

Room Blocks listed below -- note the raise in room rates... To get the room blocks there must be a certain # of rooms full. Many hotels, for example the Fairfield Marriott in Great Falls, require that all the rooms are paid in advance. Instead, rooms are booked where each parent must call the hotel, ask for the MAC Room Block, and place the reservation on their own credit card. The team is not responsible for any rooms financially that way. This does sometimes limit which hotels we can book a block at. It is fun for the team to stay together, but is definitely not a requirement.
Please remember there is always a deadline where the hotels will release the rooms being held for the block.
It is always better to make a reservation than to be stuck without a room. The dates listed below are the "nights" of the room blocks, not necessarily the meet dates.
